Please check your soundsettings.
THIS are the optimal settings.

Do you play a game in this 10 minutes?

Yes, I play World of Warcraft while running TS when it cuts out. Usually there's about 30-40 people in the channel as well. This is just a recent problem though. I have used WoW and TS together for over a year and I'm not sure why it randomly started giving me trouble

Update your drivers
Update Direct X
Update TeamSpeak to 2.2.0.33.7 BETA
Reinstall TeamSpeak

Try those things one at a time, and test between each item.

One of those should work.

Thumbs down

k, done all tips step by step, but the only progress is, that the sound gets off at once, when either starting WOW/TS after TS/WOW,
that occures after updating TS therebefore i´d a random time up to 2h , till sound cuts off

that just appears since patching WOW to 2.0 for the release of The Burning Crusade.
and yes, i´d shut off all addons/GUIs to ensure, that they don't cause the prob.

i´d used TS now roundabout 3 years without probs.

i hope u can help, cause it´s too much work to type all commands and tactic in chat.

Try toggling TeamSpeak from DirectSound to Wave (and perhaps back again?)

ups, i´d made a mistake...
i didn´t copy the TS.exe into the right folder, to overwrite the okd one.
now it´s running fine as usual.

*grrrr*

after 2h woithout any anger the sound cuts off again, whren i´d restarted WOW.

i´d tried the tip u gave, but it doesn´t work.

funny is, that my own headset is hearable, but nothing from game, nothing the others are speaking nor is winamp working correctly.
if i try to start a movie the film pauses, can only forced to go forward by repeated mouseclicks on the ... erm.. the long line under the movie to get to other parts of the movie, don´t know the word.
and no sound of course, neither from movies nor from netstreams.

i´m really

It sounds more and more to me like something is wrong with your sound card drivers.

I'd re-download them (again) and reinstall them (again).

This time, however, I'd un-install the existing soundcard drivers as part of the process.

One thing that's new in the latest patch is the ability to further customize your sound experience within WoW. I'm wondering if Blizzard's allowance of these advanced configurations are attacking the native settings of the soundcard in your operating system. One thing I suggested to a Guildie who was running a mac was inside WoW to turn off all of the advanced whoopty do sound options and start with the basics. Maybe Blizzard's new patch is reeking havoc on the soundcard inputs and outputs. My guildy's problems was that he's on a mac and his mic stops working after ~10-30 minutes of using it. Seeming he's never had this problem before, and a new patch just recently came out, it's likely that if you play WoW and you see this cutting out as a common trend, it's caused by something in the newest WoW patch.

---This solution is unconfirmed but seems plausible ----

So in game---Take it easy... Make your settings as simple as possible and see how that affects TS. If it fixes the problem, then you might try adding more advanced options to your sound inside WoW such as EAX, more channels of sound, etc...

---This solution is unconfirmed but seems plausible ----

Thoughts?
