Help Me Please

Hello, i am a new superadmin to my own server. Do i logon to The TS client to admin the server, cause if i do, what logon name and password do i use, i used the one i use to go onto the Web superadmin page and it dident work, it said
No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

I turned the server on, and i even used the webserver list to make sure i used the same address. My server name is "Scanner Feed Network SFN." My server address is 24.152.220.68:8767.
