Members get booted when i am not on?

I have been running a teamspeak server for a while now and I just recently gotten a second computer and set up a Linksys router. I believe that I have set it up right and opend up all the right ports. Members can log on using my old IP address and talk and whatever....

While I am on.

I log on using the same computer running the server. When I am on it is stable and no one gets booted. When I log my client off or I am not on, members get randomly booted.

I have no idea why or what to do.
