First time install -> can't connect to any wan server

i cannot connect to any server (any wan address) other than if i host one.

but i don't see what the problem is. a client shouldn't have to open ports.

i still tried and opened my ports, i even DMZ my router to my computer. No luck.
unlike other posts. mine never worked from the start. i used to use TS along time ago on my older computer when i had a different router.

Edit* now i'm using DLink DI-624

##################################################
EDIT

The problem is back! Today i turned on my computer and tried to connect and i keep getting

[18:22:39] Connecting to <IP ADDRESS>:8767
[18:22:42] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it

i think the line that is showing the problem in my log is

24-12-06 18:22:42,444,ERROR,ProcedureInfo,Client Open,Exception: Timeout on recv LoginStep2 wait

i spent 2 hrs searching here and in google... i can't find any solution? is there somewhere i missed?
