Is it possible to host a ts server online?
I have full access to my domain and website that hosts and supports sql, ftp etc.

You need more than just a basic webhosting package - usually you'll need a full VPS or Dedicated server to run TeamSpeak server off a rented host.

However, if you have "Shell" access (SSH or Telnet if you must) odds are pretty good that you can run TeamSpeak that way.
