Lightbulb Nuisance Members

Hi everyone.

I am from a gaming community called {ClanMeet}. Many of our members (including ourselves) use your TS system to support our voice communications.

We are currently having a discussion about hackers and nuisance players. And we were wondering if there is a system where we can report members who hack or attempt to hack our servers.

We have had many reports on this happening all over the TS servers so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Jase.. (FrozenGhost)

There is no known security vulnerabilities in newest teamspeak beta. (It also includes bugfixes)

Hacking is really this: Your password is to weak, and the "hacker" bruteforces it, or some fool admin presses E ("hacker" selected from playerlist) ;>

There is no other way to "hack". Of course, it is also possible to flood server, but it is easy to protect your server from it.

So, update your server to newest [BETA] (also known as "Updated binary") (just replace the old executable), and make sure your password is strong enough. At least 10 characters long, with alphabetical and numerical characters, and maybe even some special characters, and you should have no problem. (Well, ethical hacking is always there, but is different story)
