Thumbs down when i open teamspeak then it go on a game it makes graphics faulty

When i open ts for my clan i then go on counter-strike source the graphics are real slow and after awhile the computer restarts but it doesnt do this when ts is not open

No i dont lol it is something to do with ati drivers i think please help

lol i did but doesnt matter now i fixed it i just ran my computer in backround
