Exclamation Cannot Connect to AdminOptions with generic or custom SAdmin/Admin UN!

Client runs fine, and so does server, at least as far as I can tell.

I recently installed the server for windows from the goteamspeak.com and saved the Admin UN and Pword and SAdmin UN and Pword in a word doc. I then followed the instructions to rightclick the symbol in my toolbar to bring up a menu. Then clicked Administration to take me to the webpage with SUPERADMIN log in. I entered the generic superadmin along with the password, then clicked "log in". This then took me to a page asking me to put in my regular Admin UN and password. I then entered admin and the password and clicked "log in" and it to me to the same page except this time the boxes were blank.

I have tried deleting the generic UN's and Pword's and have created my own, but logging in with any of them takes me directly to the "Admin Log in" page which then refreshes when you log in. It's simply ridiculous because I know its not a system error, or even a program malfunction, but it may be infact an internet connection malfunction. Maybe to access your website with the admin editing options. But whatever it is, I would really appreciate it if someone told me why I was being blocked out of the admin options! Because none of the forums posted so far have given me that information. And yes I even downloaded that serverdbs_en update which did not help at all.

Thanks,
_Goose

What, can nobody figure this one out? It's ridiculous! I can't bloddy connect to the Login page! It just keeps sending me to the Admin Login over and over again, from regular admin or Superadmin!!!

I have the same problem - log in as superadmin, and it asks for admin login.

I found out that my problem was due to running ZoneAlarm Pro, If I shut this down the log in works fine, then I start ZoneAlarm up again.

I am still currently trying to figure out what ZL is blocking.

Hope this helps.

im having a similar problem - however when i type in my superadmin details in the administration web page it tells me they are wrong. im using the details in my server log .txt document as i forgot them. am i using the wrong details or is there another problem?

everytime i try to log in to administration it just says "login failed" and redirects me back to th elogin page, except when it redirects me it asks for a client/admin login, when i try this it gives me the same "login failed" message

do i need to redownload or what?

have i been hacked? anyone?
