How to add an ending sound to my voice message ?

Hi !

When i say something on teamspeak (I have voice activation) it's sometimes not good to hear when my message has ended.
So im looking for something to put a sound after my message that will automaticcly play when im finished. (When the voice activation green light go's off)
Something like they have on the US Army when their message is completed you hear a small sound, i would like to add that too.

There aren't any options for this at this time.

You can check the 3rd Party Application forum, but I don't think there's anything that offers what you're looking for.
