Talking Anyway to use voice binds?

Hey, I was wondering if ts2 has anything where you can bind your voice into a .wav file and everytime you hit a bind, that sound is just played back. I don't like using voice later at night because I don't want to wake roommate up. Is there any way I could do something like this? It's kind of a problem right now. All I would have to do is hit a bind and some sound like "LOW" or "ENEMY IN BASE" that I have recorded from before would playback and not disturb anybody. Would be awesome if any voice program has this option Perhaps some other voice client has that option? Could move whole team to that if there is any program. Thanks people.

not sure if this will work.

you or a program will have to change the default input recording device from mic to wave/mp3.

** This will cause echo in teamspeak if another person talks. so, its not the best action here unless you have 2 soundcards (I think).

and try this program:

So there is really no other way? I don't really understand that hotkeyplus program thing lol. I wish voice programs did this.. Doesn't really seem like a huge problem..
