How do I tell which Registered users have SA?

Question:

How do I tell which user has SA rights? This is of course without the user being logged in.
Once I see which user has SA, can I remove SA via the backend? Perhaps through a database query window? Or can I make my own SQL scripts to do the editing?

Thanks for your help guys

Download TS admin client and there is a tab called registrations where you can see a list of the different groups and who is in it.
