LAN connection ok - WAN connection failing

hi there

i have run my server in the past without a problem and now it has been down for about a year.

i started it back up and recovered my superadmin details etc etc and managed to log in as an admin, to test this i aske dmy bro on the computer next to me to join it, surprise surprise he joined without a problem and was reading me loud and clear.

now my friend hwo lives just down the road has exactly the same password as my bro, hes using the WAN IP not the LAN IP so there shouldnt be any problems correct?

wrong, he keeps getting no response from my server. i have forwarded all the necessary ports and my server does exist as my brother is able to connect to it and hear what im saying

whats stopping my friend? any common issues like this would be greatly appreciated.

oh yes im a complete and utter noob so please explain things clearly and slowly heh.

thanks in advance.

In "BoundToIP" you should set your WAN-IP (avoid the use of dns addresses).

Is the port forwarded to the correct ip?

Please post this router-settings and the output of the windows-app "ipconfig" (Windows XP: Start->Execute: cmd /k ipconfig, other Windows systems: Start->Execute: cmd /k winipconfig)
