Odd TS connection issue

Hi, were having a stange issue with out TS server. The problem is that every now and then the server stops working and people get booted. However when i log in with the super account it tells me that the server is running and people are logged in.. Give it some time and it comes back up, but only some people can get in. I.e. im sitting in our TS server atm but a mate of mine cant, even though he was in it earlier.. Stopping and starting the server has no effect..

Also, there are two other servers running, and i can connect to those ones (same ip, diff port) but i cant connect to ours when its down (even though webadmin says its up and running)

Any help would be great

It said connection timed out.

The guy hosting had 3 servers set up, what i've done now is switch the port that our server is using to another one and it is working fine.... So im thinking that there is something wrong with his fowarding of 8767. Its odd because the other 2 ports work fine. Waiting to see if it is stable though

Hmm. I've swapped around the ports and everything went fine and dandy.. The people that were being denied could get in. Then it stuffed up again, and again some people can't get in but others can... At one moment about half the server users got booted from the server. This is really weird.... Any suggestions

TS_Reverse is infamous around these parts
When it says connection timed out it either means the teamspeak server it self restarted because of bad ping or other, or your members connection. High Packet loss is many times a cause of Connection Timed Out or High Ping. Depending! I sometimes get disconnected because i Get high packetloss every once in a while. Downloading can sometimes cause high packetloss or ping, which could cause a disconnect.

Is the server hosted off your computer or from a Professional Server Hosting Company?

The guy hosting has 24Mbit internet. The strange thing is though that when it has a fit, only some people get booted and not others (usually the same people) and then some people can't get in after getting booted..
