Inserting image into channel description
I was just wondering how to place an image into a channel description.
I've seen it done before on some TS channels, but don't know how to do it on my own.
ps. if this is some kind of addon/script and this is the wrong section to ask then I applogise!

It is not in the channel description
Its a server banner
In your server.ini

So in .ini file you just add:
just as an example
Code:
[ISP]
GFX URL=http://forum.teamspeak.com/template/images/buttons/reply.gif
... and there's no "" around the URL or anything.
Also what is that [ISP] part for? Surely you only need the "GFX URL=" line?
[edit] and then this image appears under the channel description right?

Ah, yes, I searched the FAQ thoroughly before posting, but I was searching for "image" or "picture" instead of "banner" and hence I didn't find that... my bad. Thanks.

It's to get information from the ISP. Like the URL.
That's what the "POST URL" and the other option is for in your webadmin server configuration.

That's funny. Your avatar says 'just do it' while you post says 'don't let him do it'. Rofl.

Its one of his tricks of the trade, so he will feel less cool if you do. However, I would like to know as well.

That was possible with an old version of the server. Because of the weird error-message in the client when clicking on a channel, this is fixed in server and client.

So are you saying it is no longer possible to use Wingdings in the channel description in the latest version of TS?
