Cant ban someone from TS

Lately we have been having problems with people coming on our TS and being general fools towards us. When we right click their name to ban them, it gives us an error message. Basically, it wont let us unban them. I was wondering how they did this, and how they can be banned.

Updating the server version would most likely fix the problem

The server has recently been updated. Also, the ban list was cleared to. Basically its when you right click their name, its says something like rtf text error. It wont let you kick, ban or do anything to them. I was wondering how they did that, and how you might prevent that in the future.

The latest update is supposed to fix that i believe

The server has recently been updated

Keep in mind that the latest server version is currently 2.0.23.13 BETA.
