-Kick from channel should work in combination with b22 servers
-Linux client can now bind mouse buttons
-When moving players, the channel tree can scroll MANTIS 113
-fixed "Cannot focus a disabled or invisible window (edName) " MANTIS 73
-fixed "Register with server grayed out although possible " MANTIS 36
-Sound is unmuted after switching sound driver (MANTIS 30)
-Linux client displays text (topic/desciption / text etc) correctly now MANTIS 92
