Its been like a week and a half now since i have been able to get intouch with any 24-play server admins about there webserver and my ts being totally down. Im not happy for starters with the lack of support they have provided.
No email no nothing. I paid for my teamspeak server for a full years contract, and they cant even provide an email letting me know what is going on.
Because of this do you think i am legible of a full refund or a refund for the time left on my contract since the server went down?
Its just a joke how they dont even backup servers or anything with the amount of money they earn from hosting game and voiced servers.
Any suggestions?
