Can not see other users in other channels

Hi everyone,

I have had TS servers before, but never had this issue.

Thing is, I launched this server, and invited some friends. They told me they were in but I did not see them.

When they are in a channel where I am not, I can not see them.

Long story short; I cannot see other users in other channels on my teamspeak.

I have checked some settings in the webinterface but could not find anything.

Does someone have a fix/explaination for this?
