People cannot connect, help please!!!

So my freinds are having problems connecting to my TS server, ive tried a variety of things to try and make it so that they can connect. They cannot connect because of my router, i take the router out and just use the modem and my freinds can connect. I read the sticky found on this forum and did this :

I tried to forward the ports which didnt work as shown above, so please, can somebody please help?
