Help...hacker on my TS

Hi all 2 days ago some members of haker joined on my TS .....all my friends got banned but i have 2 registration with SA and i banned them...
But now we don't have SA rights even we have SA...
Who can help me i can't join on server administration ....to change the privileges of SA ..now Sa can only revoks Sa no grant kick.ban.switch.etc.....
