Text Output from TS2 RC2 for Debugging

Is there anyway to write a flat file from the TS2 UrlPost?

I have a linux TS2 RC2 Server Runnning 2.0.19.16 and I cannot get the Webpost working the DBs are empty and the Webpost URL is pointing to the correct site. I don't think its the webpost php files I check all of the config files and the db access is there I can veiw the listings Page but the data is not being making it into the MySQL DB I checked the SQL and the tables are there and ALL( Yes I took the time to check them) Feild values are fine...

I created a new TS Server pointing the WebPost to the thz site and it didn't show there either....

Really lost as to where my setup is failing.
