i would like to see a function (keypressing) , that allows to speak to all channels or several channels. Like the gamevoice-HW.

It might be a good idea to require at least operator rights in all channels being broadcast to. But this would be useful for captains and admins.

I agree.. to be able to speak down through subchennels from a parent channel for example would be greatly appreciated, as this is a function that many are looking for.. so captains can stay parented.. and still hear the players below.. and speak to both subchannels for example if needed..

People in the subchannel would only hear themselves ofcourse..

TS and Air Traffic Control

This would be a great tool since we use TS for ATC for flying to have a way for departure and approach to hear each other in seperate channels and have communication between themselves yet the others cannot hear them.

What I would like to see is that you got two subchannels (siblings) in which each team has it's own subchannel. When speaking you speak in the parent channel and everybody in parent and subchannels can hear that.

With a keypress (keytoggle) you can only transmit to the current subchannel, thus only to your team members.

This way you can have normal chat and give team orders while pressing a key (or optionally, press key to chat in parent channel). This would be absolutely ideal for most team based gameplay.

Doesn't "whisper to channel family" solve your problem?

i.e: talk normally to the people in the same sub-channel, hold down a button to speak to all others in the family tree. They need the same bind to respond ofcourse.
