Fix for breaking up juttery speach 98 / XP

Ok me and a few guys have had problems with Americas Army Tribes 2 and Necro, using TS2.
What I did was:
Open TS2 Client Click on Settings Options sound devices
set it from Direct Sound To Wave Sound.

Problem Fixed for us.
