Problem with joysticks

my clan have a little problem with the new Teamspeak 2

some of my teammates have lost their joysticks (Cougart, sideteck) configs, it sounds like a direct imput problem.

personaly, the first time i start the mechwarrior 4 game, my joystick (wingman digital extreme) dont work, but the second time (and nexts), my joy works well.

other problem. at random, the conection of one person starts to make an infernal noise, he can´t hear it, but the others can.

Do you have a gamport on the sound card that you are plugging into or are they USB?
