Exclamation Codec limitation doesn't work (?)

It seems as if the codec limitation in the windows server doesn't work - i chose only the two smallest codecs (CELP51 and WindowsCELP52) but still could connect to my server although i'd selected the CELP164 in the client.

in the client, when i click on the channel, the information window says

Codec:
GSM 16.4 Kbit

okay, i saw that the codec selection in the client is only for codec testing. but then i got the following question:

which codec will be used if you select more than one in the server settings?

as an admin you can set the codec for the room via "edit room" or while adding it...

probally not anything to do with it but if you have the rooms moderated then you have to grant them voice access make sure the rooms are not checked for moderated in the edit room section
