Several Problems

1) I can connect to a server and I can talk but I can't hear them.

2) I can't seem to shut down Teamspeak......I have to go into processes and shut it down there

3) When I start up ICQ or something else I get this annoying beeping sound that will not go away until I shut down TS.

Have you tried changing the sound drivers to Direct Sound
from Wave, or vice versa?

Note also Creative JUST released new 2K/XP drivers yesterday. (8/26)

No, I haven't and thanks for the tip about the new drivers. I will give both suggestions a try.
