off the wall guest question

Was wondering if there is anyway to set up TS2 to allow a guest user to join a passworded server but only be able to be in one channel other then passwording all the other channels. Example is we are playing on a mechwarrior server and someone wants to join us on TS but we dont want to give them full access to the whole server, So we say sure here is the ip and here is the password but this would only allow him or her to join that one channel where we all could talk and play with that person with out the worry of them gaining access to the rest of ts.

I believe that the only solution is to password protect the parent channels with a different password.

I'm also trying to find a way to allow non clan-affiliated players limited access to the server. Now it works like this:
ServerFlags=0 (users can not register themselves, users can not create rooms)
User will have access to all the non-private rooms.
Our squad is in a parent room with about 8 subroms.
Once users have accounts (registered) they will be logged in to the server automaticlly. However users will have to use channel passwords EVERY TIME they log in. Their login information will only save the password for one channel at a time.
