I found solution for this problem.
Teamspeak saved TeamSpeak.conf file to xp's application data folder.. that's why reinstalling did not help anything.

Solution:
delete C:\Documents and Settings\*LOGINNAME*\Application Data\teamspeak2\teamspeak.conf

where *LOGINNAME* is the name you are logged in with.

if you can't find the file: make sure you show hidden and systemfiles as well (default is: hidden files are invisible)

if you can't find the file because you're not using WinXP: search for the file "TeamSpeak.conf" on c: (or wherever your win is). Again: make sure to search for hidden and system-files as well!

PS: deleting the file will cause a loss of all settings (including your personal Addressbook) that you made inside your TS-Client! (but afaik there's no other way to solve it)
