too many virtualservers running, shutting down!

Help!! recently rebuilt my server on a new Windows Server 2012 R2

Tired waiting 3 hours and starting it up and still getting the same error!

Update

Just an update.

I've started the server up with clear_database=1 create_default_virtualserver=0 enabled and then used YaTQA to create the server. I've turned off auto start on the server and turned it on to make sure it works.

I've then removed clear_database=1 create_default_virtualserver=0 from the .bat file and started it back up and then started the server using YaTQA and after less than hour the server has shutdown with the error 'too many virtualservers running, shutting down'

Theirs only one virtual server running as this is a fresh install.

To get the server to start again i have to close it completely, run the .bat file, log into YaTQA and the start the server back up. and then it just goes back down again after less then an hour.

if i try to start it, without closing and restart TeamSpeak, i get -

Any ideas on why this is happening?

Are you only running one virtual server or multiple servers?

There may be another server running with your license, and that server is using up your allowed 2 virtual servers.

I am only running one virtual server. It's a brand new installation. old server got deleted and the system that it was on got wiped before i installed it onto the windows server 2012 machine

I literally downloaded the installation of the teamspeak website, dropped the licensekey.dat file into the directory and started the server and straight away i get that error.

I only got the license key just under 2 weeks ago and only installed it on my test system to make sure its working fine and i knew how to set it up and the firewalls up before installing it on the main server. After testing the system got wiped before installation was put on the server 2012 machine

Normaly the server get's unregistred from the system as soon you stop the server instance.

There must be another server using the license or you tried it to often and do not shutdown the server the right way.
All servers get deleted after 2-3 hours from the system, when they did not reply anymore.

Hi, The Servers been offline for 24 hours now. i have just tired starting the server up and I'm still getting the same error.

Can you please send me the email and your name in that NPL?
Please send it in a private message.

I will have look where the license is used from. This is the only explanation, when your server database has only 1 virtual server.

"Too many virtualservers running, shutting down!" after switching server

Hi guys,

I need help. I recently installed a new ts3server on another vserver with a different IP. After copying the license-file I restarted the server but got the following error:
"Accounting | | too many virtualservers running, shutting down!"

I then realized I had the other server still running, so I switched off the other vserver, testet the old ts3-server and it was offline as I wanted. But the problem still persists after four hours.

What can I do? :(

You did not wait long enough (more than 2 hours) or there is s til la server running.

My NPL license does not update

Hello,

I formatted the server. The problem is that the license does not take into account formatting. He told me that I exceeded the 10 open teamspeak because it was true before the formating (it's a teamspeak licence with 10 ts). I can not open one or some teamspeak with the licence.
So the licence is currently not run.

Can you help me?

I do understand what he wants.

You did not stop the server. You killed the process.
You have to wait ~2 hours till you can use the license again.
