TS3 ubuntu 16.04 Vultr vps not working

It gives me error, I really do not know how to proceed
I took the guide literally from here:

Do not use Root to run the server!

Fowlling has nothing to do with TeamSpeak at all.
The folder name is teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64 and you try to open teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64-3.4.0.
This will not work when folder teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64-3.4.0 does not exist in given path.

1. Please stop using root. Never use root, never never never never to run custom software!

2. The error you report is again nothing about TeamSpeak.
You did not use ./ in front of ts3server_minimal_runscript.sh
It's ./ts3server_minimal_runscript.sh
2.1 start is not a valid parameter for the minimal startscript

3. You should at least have some small basics about the used operation before hosting a server.

4. No server = no serveradmin password.

5. Startscript stop is not supposed to stop a server when started via minimal startscript. You have to stop (not kill) the process in console.

You don't need one. If you don't have one you can run the server without one. The only difference is that you can only use 1 virtual server and have a maximum of 32 clients on it.

Please read the errors you get and think about them before posting here.

The server did not start.
It crashed because the server could not use a port for file transfer and it will repeat for ServerQuery and the virtual server.

Please consider to rent a server from https://www.teamspeak.com/en/more/find-a-host to make your life easier.
