Improve Ban system

I would appreciate if Teamspeak would improve their Ban system. Everyone can unban themselves.

We all would appreciate, if you fix your server's permissions. And won't post ridiculous suggestions anymore.

There is nothing in our opinion what we can do without making user complain that we did add something and
they will find a new way. There is no forever for bans :/

What would you suggest us to do?
