i was talking about the server log.
Under server's root directory got to subfolder called "Logs" and you will a file ending "0.log" Probably you will have plenty of those if you running the server...

Please provide the 0.log so we can see what's wrong.

Looks somehow impossible cause you gonna need to add every new UID that get's added to your server.
You can use different banners according to the user's groups though.
