Hi. This is not possible. But, why u want to downgrade it? Just create a new id. than you have a smaller sec.lvl. In my opinion this security level it's a good anti-troll system, but thats it. :D

U can do it with some plugins! Bigger icons can cause LAGGS on populated server!! :)

This works only for sub channels i want to restrict main channel description edit power.
