I think your surface-deep problem is the 6mb up. For server usage, most of your network traffic will be on the upload. VoIP is a little different but still needs decent upload.

Psychokiller's web interface is also a quick and easy way to manage the Teamspeak server in a GUI. Xampp will get you up and running quickly with the supporting web/mysql server you will need.
I noticed a few red flags in your initial post. I'll take them one at a time.
This looks like an internal IP to me. Is this what you're giving to others? You can find your external IP here.

No. Channel groups apply to the user in relation to the channel meaning that if the member has subscribe power to channel A given by a channel group for channel A then they will be able to subscribe...
What you want to do can only be accomplished with channel groups.

That permission determines how clients are ordered in the server (I think).

The reasons sites like port forward exist is because it is impossible to create a universal tutorial. Also, since you're not paying for Team speak, what makes you think you should be given special...
This plugin makes me so happy :P
I think you can create teamspeak URLs that join specific channels. You would have to make your people go to a website and click a link to join the server. That's about as close as you can get with...
Use channel groups and needed join power. Search the forums. I answered this same question earlier this week.
You do realize you can get a .com/.org/.net for <$10 per year right?
If I had to guess, setting the profile to persistant actually caused it to be stored on the mouse and thus, whatever interference was happening before is no longer happening.
Your game is probably taking exclusive control over the keyboard which is keeping Teamspeak from using it. I would try using a key that is not in your game's keybinding. A mouse button might also...
It's Windows, you're better off not trying to understand it...
You will have to do one of the following.
1. Connect via server query and change the permission back to what it was.
2. Connect via server query and reset permissions (this will reset all...
I'm sorry....what exactly are you trying to accomplish? What group are your screenshots referring to (you mentioned at least three in the post). What does spam have to do with the problem and what...
Encryption shouldn't cause load that high. I'm assuming multi-core though.
Also verify that your local ip hasn't changed. If I were you, I would set up a virtual machine running some Linux variant for your teamspeak server. That would keep it completely separate from...
Is the ban still visible in the ban list. If not, it could be a database issue. Your server admin would have to be on here to really get anything done. Most often when this happens it's because the...
Check out this thread for opening the port on your mac: http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=281788
Use this website for info on forwarding the port thru your router:...
You might benefit from translating the error too O.o
Could you specify what specifically is not working? Also make sure that the users don't have higher "needed" powers assigned by a server group.
A client log may help us to diagnose your issue.
There are many MANY threads on this issue. A quick forum search should provide you with a solution. http://portforward.com/ is also a good resource.
Some routers will require you to set up NAT to...
Please post a client log. Also, what do you mean by "any server"?
I think the best you could do is to set up a macro program that fires a sequence of keys based on a single key press. I don't think Teamspeak has the ability to do what you are trying to do. I...
I'm not in windows right now so instructions are not perfect.
In sound settings there should be a communications tab (i think it's the last one) under which you can set how much windows reduces...
You'll be fine. I was joking about the Comcast bit.
I'm so sorry to hear about the Comcast part. Still, there shouldn't be a problem if you limit it to, say, three users. :-)

I run a few team speak servers on a 25/25 FIOS connection. There can be anywhere from 10 to 50 on at any given time. I use speed ultra-wideband. I also host several other servers and I have yet to...
What steps are you taking to install/launch the server? It should be as simple as un-zippng and running the exe.

Users can be in one channel group per channel. If they are a member of the allowed group in a given channel, they will be able to enter to that channel. Channel groups are not assigned globally.
Look up your router on the following website.

It can take a while for DNS changes to propagate. Have your clients that cannot connect try running ipconfig /flushdns in the command line.
Please post the output of ifconfig
