I think it would be possible to rename the tabs with a plugin. You need to use Qt for that ;)

Right now TeamSpeak 3 only records something if someone is talking. That means if you say "hello" and 1 hour later you say "hallo" again, the recording will be "hello""hello" without the 1 hour pause...
