I experience one issue though. The volume i set in the plugin settings dialog is bein reset each time i restart teamspeak.

I have a question though. I am using a combination of push to talk and voice activation.
I thought a combination of the VAD setting of your plugin and PTT to send /soundboard push...

you could just use Lingon to add teamspeak as a mac os x launchd service via a nice gui :)
