I was doing some tests in my server and i just found something interesting, related to the issues that i had a couple of months ago (reported in this thread)
To be more precise, this:
...
I forgot to say... I had a chance to test this a couple of weeks ago and it worked perfectly. I shut down the primary server and it immediately connected to the secondary (both with srv records)....
Cool ;)
I searched my db for a couple of those icons translated to int with your tool and didn't find anything, just like what happened with the avatars.
The log entries that i pasted above are...
ahahah :D:D:D
Love that logic. Proprietary software ftw
EDIT:
Ok, i just asked one of the users matching those missing avatars, and he never used a device with iOS nor he...
Thanks for the reply. I tried yatqa but im not getting anywhere. I must be terribly missing something...
Example:
"avatar_mbakfbfcceoecjfimabpicafnajgjmbjlmkfdlcc" translates to client_unique_id...
Im quite sure i don't have any users connecting from iOS though...
Also, i just gave it a look and i cant figure out how i can correlate the missing files with the client_flag_avatar property to...
Update...
I don't want to jinx it, but it hasn't crashed since the 10th. The tcp socket errors are gone and both web viewers are working perfectly.
The only thing I did was fix the cldbid...
There is something weird going with the hotkeys also. I cant really understand what it is...
This is what i have:
14331
First of all, none of them work after opening the client. I have to go...
Thanks again for the reply.
Like i said before, i dont think that the "tcp socket errors" are related to the crashes. I get those errors every minute, but the server crashes are random (something...
I've run it with gdb and killed it after about 5 minutes, here is the full output:

@VJean
I updated my server to .4 pre and didnt have any issues. I havent...
Thank you very much for the reply. Finally something I can work with. I will give it a go as soon as i have a chance.
And no, none of the system logs show anything. Both the crashes and the...
Weekly update...
Keeps crashing. Updated this morning to .4, crashed in the afternoon.

The server is running under a separate user, and i just confirmed that the user has full permissions to all the ts server files.
Great. Thanks ;)
I saw your reply, but im wondering since what client version does that behaviour apply?
Sorry, i linked to a different subject. I meant srv fallback to another server if the higher priority one is down. This didn't work when i last checked.
Error writing/reading tcp socket every minute and random crashes. No iptables, selinux or alike. This setup worked perfectly until 3.0.13, nothing else changed (aside from a kernel update on a reboot...
Any news?
I'm still experiencing issues. Was fine for about 2 days, but then crashed, and 2 more times after that. Same symptoms as before.
Would appreciate if anyone could help with this.
I havent tested it recently, but I've described what I'm talking about here:
http://forum.teamspeak.com/threads/100132-SRV-Records?p=423338#post423338
Has/will anything change in that matter?
ahahah...
I added the second subnet when i changed my network and forgot to remove the other. Its just not supposed to be there :p
Are you also running linux? x86_64?
There has to be...
Thanks for the tip.
I just rebooted the physical server, but it looks like it didnt work for me:
2016-08-21 08:55:51.540922|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.13.3 (2016-08-18...
Thanks for the reply
If you are talking about the errors in the log, it looks the same:
2016-08-20 08:40:16.339268|INFO |ServerLibPriv | |TeamSpeak 3 Server 3.0.13.3 (2016-08-18 16:46:43)...
Crashed again, with 3.0.13.2
This time the process didnt hang before crashing, just died from one moment to another. Once again, there are no evidences in either ts or system logs

Question regarding the ongoing changes to SRV in the server and client...Is it going to be compliant with the spec in terms of priority? More specifically, regarding the client connecting to a lower...
If it was removed it must be for a good reason. I wouldn't risk installing it.
My server has been running since i last posted without interruptions. The issue with the viewers still persists...
Okay, the server just crashed on me this afternoon also.
Server stopped accepting connections and then the process died almost a hour and a half later. Nothing was written to the logs, either...
They "work", just not all the time. Feels like there is something limiting the number of connections per a certain amount of time.
This is one:...
Of course, the viewers are a small thing, im not rolling back because of it, and i can live with the "new" tsdns behavior.
Thanks for the reply, if you need any info from my system let me know ;)
I wrote an example of the tsdns settings file in my other post. The issue is that my servers are hosted on dynamic ips. By enforcing the need for ips in the config it means that i will need to have a...
Just realized that the 2 viewers that i have are not working properly anymore (most of the time), also after this update.
Sometimes they connect and show the client/channel tree just fine, others...
Yes, i did revert to the previous tsdns version :)
I was just wondering if this behavior was intended or not...
Hi guys
Did you change anything in the tsdns behavior also? I dont see anything about it in the patch notes, but mine definatelly didnt like the update.
tsdns_settings.ini
...
Failover at client side? Care to elaborate?
Thanks for the reply, but i am aware of that.
We have in fact a working system for a backup server switch over. It relies on updating A records via an API.
We have the main server and then a...
