IT seems like you are trying to use your WAN IP address. You need to use the LAN IP address which will most likely start with 192.168.X.X. If the server is on the same computer you are trying to...
When I try and connect I get a password prompt. PM me your password or remove it and let me know so I can try and connect.
You need to get a third party application for this.

Are you trying to connect via the WAN IP or is it someone outside your network? Usually the port checkers can't check UDP which is used for the voice port on the server. Did you forward a single...
Is your sister on the same network as the server? If yes, she needs to use the LAN IP which usually starts 192.168.X.X.
@ratmaz313
The info you need for port forwarding can be found in this thread -> http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php/56314-Tutorial-Port-Forwarding-%28a-k-a-clients-cannot-connect%29
@Ryzon
If the port is the default of 9987 you do not need to use the port number. If not you enter the port number after the IP address.
Example:
192.168.0.1:<port #>
Once the key is used it is invalid so no, he cannot add himself unless he set permissions on his client ID outside the servergroup
Go to PERMISSIONS and select SERVER GROUPS. Choose the server admin group and remove that client's name from the list.
You can put a password on a channel but if the required join power is higher than the member's join power they still won't be able to join.
Verify the server still has the same IP address as your port forwarding. Sounds like they don't match.
@CrazyCookie
Have you followed every step in the first post of this thread? Are you giving people outside of your network the correct IP address?
I also get an error when I attempt to connect. What is the name and location of your server. I can try to connect to it from the server list.
PM me your server info and I'll try and connect. You are 100% certain that your port forwarding is setup correct to the correct IP address?
It is normal to only be able to connect using your LAN IP on your own network. You need someone outside your network to try and connect. Does your server show up on the server list (ctrl+shift+S in...
Unfortunately that's the price you pay for playing a subscription based game.
You don't need port triggering for Teamspeak. The gateway IP address you listed seems off. Those are normally 10.X.X.X or 192.168.X.X. Below is a link to the port forwarding guide for your router...
You need to set i_channel_needed_join_power on the channels and then set the corresponding i_channel_join_power for each group.
Create a hot key (or combination of keys) in your client to perform this function.
Go to SETTINGS->IDENTITIES and create as many identities as you want.
Once you have the identities setup you can modify the bookmark(s) for the server to use a specific identity when you connect.
First thing I'd do is go through all your server groups and verify the users listed are known to you or your group.
Start with the GUEST server group and either remove or lower permissions dealing...
Take a look at this thread and see if it helps.

Is there a reason you can't/won't have TS3 active for licensing purposes prior to website launch?
Have you tried manipulating the channelgroup settings to get the desired outcome? So far all roads I've come up with lead to the current outcome. I don't have access to a server to do tests but I...
You most likely will not be able to connect using your WAN IP address. You need to use the LAN IP address or localhost (if the server is on the same machine your client is on) to connect to your...
What permission does it say is insufficient? Go to that specific permission and make adjustments to fix the issue.
You can't disable them from seeing other people in the same channel but you can limit what channels they can subscribe to limiting what channels they can see into outside the channel they occupy.

Are you using the LAN IP for the server? LAN IP addresses usually start 192.168.X.X. If both computers are on the same network you need to use the LAN IP. Give your friends your WAN IP and they...

Security level is there to thwart banned users from returning with a new identity immediately. If you set the security level high enough (don't go too high) it takes a few minutes or more to raise...
Ok, all fixed. Your channel group GUEST had a join power of 0 which takes priority over the server group join power of 30.
PM me your server info and I'll come help out.
Stick with server groups to start. In the case of join power you need to set the needed_join_power on the channel because you are trying to restrict what group can join a specific channel. Once you...
Group 1 would be your server admin group. If you want to retain server admin for yourself then copy that group and set the value of those permissions to a lower number like 74 or 70.
Group 2...
