    Server running but can't connect

Hey. 1 Week ago i have setup a free 32 slot ts3 server on my ubuntu vps. All worked fine. Today the things changed.

TS3 is running. I have also tried to stop and restart it.
Reading the forum i have found out that the firewall could be a problem. I have never setup it but ts3 worked fine for the 1st week o.O.

Anyway im kinda a newbye with linux but using the command -A INPUT -p udp --dport 9987 -j ACCEPT etc, i have opened them.

    This is the iptables -L

    Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
    target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:10011
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:10011
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:30033
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:30033
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:30033
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:9989
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:9987
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp spt:10011
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp dpt:9987
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere anywhere udp spt:9987
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:30033
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp spt:30033
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp dpt:10011
ACCEPT tcp -- anywhere anywhere tcp spt:10011

    Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
    target prot opt source destination

    Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
    target prot opt source destination

Prolly i have opened to many of them with the same number xD, w/e.
    What's the problem :/?

Like it stopped to work, now it works again without doing anything.

I have heard some friends and they had problems with their teamspeak servers yesterday, there was like a general bug or something?
