Friend can't connect

Hello,

I just created a teamspeak 3 server today, and most of my friends seem to be able to join.
But two of my friends share the same house (and IP address) and they can't seem to join the server at the same time.

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how to fix it ?

The most common reason is poorly configured router at their end.

I don't think that is the problem,
I just added their IP address to the whitelist, and now it works fine.
Is there a setting that doesn't allow more users from the same IP address? If so, how do i change it?
