    Selling a TeamSpeak vServer

I'm from Germany so I hope that you'll understand me.
Is it allowed to sell a V-Server which is optimized for hosting a TeamSpeak 3 Server with the programm itself being preinstalled? So the TeamSpeak has just the standard 32 slots (no license) and my customer may add his own license if he wants to.

I want to sell a V-Server with a standard TeamSpeak 3 Server preinstalled. So the only difference is that the customer doesnt have to install TeamSpeak on his own.

    Is that allowed/legal?

No, that is not allowed, read the EULA.
The way I see it, you may not even offer VPS which are "specifically configured / optimized for TS3" without each and every server using your ATHP License, which you'd need to purchase and most of all keep secure on these vps.
