    Having trouble with a server suddenly.

    Up till today I have had no trouble connecting to this server. I have made no alterations to my systems settings since yesterday (last connect) and am running out of options to try, im not very computer literate so pretty please explain to me any technical solutions.

    No one else that uses this server is having a problem connecting and the admins dont know whats up either so its my side
    Here is the script im getting when i fail to connect:

    Also after changing my DNS server on a friends reccomendation i got a little neater error script:

    Hi Kyrixx.
    I have just tryed to Connect to the Server but No Response.
    Atm it seems the the server iss Down.

    <13:23:23> Versuche zum Server auf 85.236.100.96 zu verbinden
    <13:23:28> Verbindung zum Server fehlgeschlagen
    So its hard to Help.

    Please check if your Server is Up and running and the Vserver is running.

    There are others that can connect to the server just a small proportion that cant, and we cant find out what we have in common.

    Server is deffinately running but not sure what a Vserver is and neither does the owner

    I just tried to connect and was able to contact the server (dont know the P/W).
    Are you able to connect to other servers?

    When I try to connect I get right to the password prompt... so server is up and running, no problem.

    Do you get to the p/w prompt?

    Edit: I don't see any puzzle solve msgs so I dont think you are, but just to check.

    We (Multiplay) are currently aware of an issue with BT and our network team are talking to them at the moment.

    Are you able to run an MTR to 85.236.100.96? You can download WinMTR from http://winmtr.net and grab me the output from http://checkip.dyndns.org as well? This will help our network team track the issue
