Getting Server Groups of Clients

I am a beginner with programming in c/c++.

I didn't find this topics in the plugin sdk documentary, so here are my questions:
Can I check a client, if it is in a specific server group (let's say "Server Admin"(ID: 1234))?
If yes, how can I do this?

The CrossTalk project seems to be a little bit too complex for me at the moment
