I Need It So A one Server group Can Add Subchannel to one channel, how would i do this?
It's not possible with a global group to restrict this to one channel only.
Please use channel groups or channel client permissions for this.

Can you tell me how? i cant seem to find one that easy to folow and set up...
You can create new channel group (or use an existing) and give this group permission to create sub-channel.
Hopefully i can explain this in an easy way quickly.
>-----------Spacer-------------------
>>Main Channel (you want him to be able to create subchannels Ect
>>> Subchannel1
The main channel is a subchannel of the spacer, the subchannel1 is a subchannel of the main channel. You need to make a channel group that allows for making subchannels. Then, give him this permission in the Main Channel. He will be able to make as many subchannels in ONLY that Main channel that he likes. Any other permission that you give him will also be only for that Main channel and all related Subchannels.
Good luck!
