    Assuming that 'any server' means 'the server in the attached image', you could try to connect to
    ts3.dedishops.com:10129
    or
    212.83.174.190:10129

    Ask your ISP about why their nameservers don't work properly and/or use better nameservers, e.g. Google's (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

    Something happens with the "other address" (the initial one you indicated in your image) due it has two definitions: one is a srv record that resolves the name and port I gave you (or its equivalent final IP and port) and the other is an A record that resolves another final IP that, obviously, is not the server.

    You could try to connect to the original addressname and then to the alternative addressname and port and you could see the results in the log of your TS3 client:
    Tools --> Client log
    Probably the failed connection occurs with the final IP 176.31.238.183:9987 <-- the client is resolving the A Record
    and the connection occurs with the alternate final IP 212.83.174.190:10129 <-- the client should resolve the SRV Record

    Maybe you could ask to the server owner that "remove" the A record that points to 176.31.238.183 and then maybe you could connect with the initial addressname.
