Nobody can connect to my server

    Hey everyone,

Im running my TS3 server for a while now,
And since a few days people cannot connect anymore...
I am running on TeamSpeak server: teamspeak3-server_win64-3.0.10.3
Suddenly I cannot see my WAN-IP either... it tells me request/needs to be requested.
I don't know if that is the problem, but I think it has something to do with it.

    I can connect myself with
Localhost and with the wan-ip it showed before...

    but other people cant connect

    2014-08-12 14:42:00.010509|ERROR |GetWanIP | | failed to retrieve WAN ip

I think this is my problem..
    All I want to know...
How do I fix this and get people back on my server?

    You can't fix it.

You could have used the search function and spared us this post.

    So what now...
    Its gone?
They just shut down the server like that?
Now I need to request for a new server or what?
Will this be fixed if I would get a new NPL server?

I'm just telling you that you have some other problem which you need to determin.
It is not the "WAN IP"... this is a windows only legacy function which is disabled for more then some weeks...
You says connection problems since a few days... those two things don't have anything in common.
So find your problem... and be sure it is not the Request WAN IP...

    What I don't understand...
As soon as he failed to retrieve WAN-IP ... people cant connect anymore...

I can connect myself, using Localhost + the wan-ip ... but others cant
And all my connections are good... internet works fine... firewall is good so I don't know how something else could be the problem?

    Not related.

I can connect myself, using Localhost + the wan-ip ... but others cant
    They are using wrong IP.

And all my connections are good... internet works fine... firewall is good so I don't know how something else could be the problem?

Check your port forwardings and check your LAN and External IP.
Turn off Firewall and enable DMZ for testing.
Requesting WAN IP and Nobody can connect are completely different topics and have no effect on each other!
The same counts for the license

    PortForwarding problem

    Hey everyone,

I am trying to get my server to work, but somehow the portforwarding doesnt work

    So far i know:
    Port 9987 is OPEN
    Port 10011 is Closed
    Port 30033 is Closed.

But i have forwarded them the same as port 9987.
    Port 9987 is UDP
and the other 2 are TCP
What could have made this problem that 1 port opens and the rest doesnt?

Welcome back to your original thread....

Go into your router settings and open the port or get another router if this causes so many problems in your network
