Teamspeak 3 Client won't connect to any servers

So a friend recently recommended Teamspeak 3 to me. I installed it, and went through all the steps. When I tried to connect to a server though, it came up with an error. I know that the address was right, because said friend was using the exact same one. I thought this might be because of my firewall, but Teamspeak 3 Client has access to all networks there. Just as a side info, the same problem is occuring with Steam and League of Legends, meaning they cant connect to the internet. I think this problem is either caused by my computer or my internet connection. Please help.

Stated above have problems with your connection it's not TeamSpeak related.
We need a working UDP connection for the client. Check, that you are able to use UDP.
