Making a music bot play to the entire server

Hello, forum.

I recently installed a music bot. Basically a user that plays whatever song is playing on my Spotify to only the channel it's in.

How do I make the bot play to the whole server and not only the channel it's in?
Alternatively, how do I hide a user? Make it so users can hear the bot yet they can't see his name listed on the channel?

You can't hide an user: you always see the users that are in the same channel as you.

It's not a good idea to "spam" the whole server with the same music.
