Question Identify latest TeamSpeak server build

    Hello,

is there any way to detect the latest server build without downloading, installing, starting and connection via telnet to this server?

I don't want to detect the server version like 3.0.11, I want to detect the build like 1408694433.

Or is the public TeamSpeak server at voice.teamspeak.com always up2date? If this server is *always* up2date, I could fetch the latest build of this server via telnet:
    TS3
Welcome to the TeamSpeak 3 ServerQuery interface, type "help" for a list of commands and "help <command>" for information on a specific command.
    version
    version=3.0.11 build=1408613617 platform=Linux
    error id=0 msg=ok
I hope, somebody can answer my question. Thanks in advance!

I think the public TS server is sometimes newer than what we have. Obviously, TeamSpeak itself is not a productive environment.
You can simply check the Download website for the latest stable version and this website for the latest beta.

Okay. Well... I can check the build version of their public TeamSpeak?

I really do NOT need the version string. I need the build string!

The string is unix timestamp. The linked folder's dates are a few minutes more than that.

TeamSpeak provides now a JSON file for servers and clients, which contains some useful information to automate some stuff:
    • Operating System
      • Architecture
        • Version
        • Checksum
        • Mirrors (direct download links)

Now, I only miss some further information:
    • Channel: Stable or Beta
    • Build String

@TeamSpeak: Could you please add these few missing information too? That would be very awesome!

    • Channel: Stable or Beta

          • Version
          • Build

TeamSpeak, can you please also provide the beta channel in this or a seperate JSON file?

The build string would be also very nice, but not necessary.
