NPL license expired before expiration date

    Hi,
I have and interesting problem. I have a NPL licence issued May 1st 2014 and valid to November 6th 2014. Today after about 250 days of uptime my TS3 server crashed. Logs reveal the problem is an error which usually pops up if the licence has expired:

    Code:
Server() error while starting servermanager, error: license date not ok
Im wondering why did it crash if no one was touching it and especially why is it showing that the licence has expired.
AFAIK even if there was something wrong with date (server date is valid) shouldn't the license be renewed for another 6 months?

Q: My NPL expired and it did not automatically renew. What can I do?
A: You may request a manual renewal by submitting a ticket. There is no guarantee that a new license will be reissued.

Thanks for help. I have written a ticket 10 hours before posting here. I was just wondering if you guys can tell me something more about my problem or if there is anyone with the same problem.

I still think they would notice me somehow if the license would get revoked and I would get an error if it was blacklisted. Anyways, Ill post an update when I get an answer from support.

    Expired can have 2 reasons.

Your license can expire via End Date OR when your license got revoked.
Only our Sales department can help/answer here.

Please create a NPL ticket here

    Expired license

My NPL key expired without warning, while it was being used. Can I get it renewed?
